Do you ship internationally?

YES! We offer international shipping for all our products.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

If delivery is within the United States or Canada, the delivery should take less than a week. However, if the product/s you ordered are not in-stock the waiting time may be stretch up to 1 to 3 weeks.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes. Cancellations must be made within 12 hours of placing your order. If you wish to cancel, please send us an email at support@mykitchenfirst.com within 12 hours and let us know the reason why you wish to cancel your order.
We will process all refunds within 24-48 hours.

Note: If your order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

I've only received one item but I ordered several - Where's my Stuff?

While we do our absolute best to get you everything at the same time. However, many of our items are shipped from different locations and countries, at different times, so they may not always arrive at the same time and in the same package.
