- Do you ship internationally?

YES! We offer international shipping for all our products.

What if I received the wrong or damaged item/s?

Email us immediately at support@mykitchenfirst.com. Please include your order number, a picture of the wrong or damaged item and write a brief explanation. Sending all of these items in the first email will insure your issue is handled as quick as possible.

We will send you the correct item/s or replace the damaged one. Shipping will also be covered by our company. Refunds will not be issued in these instances.

- Returns & Exchanges:

PLEASE NOTE: We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the item is damaged or broken in shipping.*

To be eligible for return, all items must be accompanied by the original packaging. Items that show signs of neglect, abuse or misuse are excluded from this return policy.

When sending a package in return, please include your NAME , ORDER # and EMAIL ADDRESS on the package.

- Basic Refund Policy:

That Is Lit sells a number of products. We have a very strict refund policy. Here are the basics for our refund policy: 

  • IT IS ONLY APPLICABLE TO ALL PRODUCTS THAT HAVE BEEN BROKEN/DAMAGED DURING DELIVERY.
  • Consumers are given a 30-day guarantee to return/refund a damaged or broken product. Photograph the damaged product before sending it back to us – as evidence that the item/s has been delivered to you broken/damaged. Shirts are included.
  • Send us an email at support@mykitchenfirst.com to apply for refund. We will respond to you ASAP to update you on the status of your application.

  • We do not offer refunds on sale items. 

  • We only offer refunds to the original payment method used. If the customer no longer has that payment method, we are only able offer store credit.

  • We do not offer refunds for not shipping by Christmas.

  • 30 days after the item is delivered we no longer will replace or refund for damaged items.

- Money Back Guarantee:

Money back guarantee is ONLY applicable to item/s damaged upon delivery. This does not include items no longer wanted.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

If delivery is within the United States the delivery should take less than a week. However, if the product/s you ordered are not in-stock the waiting time may be stretch up to 2-4 weeks.
